Cruise the coast in the included 6-person electric golf cart, grill on the Blackstone, unwind at the outdoor wet bar, and gather around the fire pit under the pergola. With 4 bikes, beach toys, 4 big screens, and a chef's kitchen, this is your group's perfect Gulf Coast home base.

Enjoy a fully stocked chef's kitchen, multiple living spaces with games and books, high-speed WiFi, and 4 big-screen Smart TVs throughout.
Step outside into your private fenced backyard oasis, a pergola-covered patio with a full outdoor wet bar, Blackstone propane griddle, fire pit, swing set, and well-appointed furnished seating for the whole crew. Rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading in for the night.

Guests also have exclusive use of a 6-person electric golf cart and 4 bicycles, your personal fleet for exploring the Windmark Beach Community. With kids' beach toys stocked and ready, all you have to bring is your people!

✔ Flush toilet paper only — no grease, wipes, or hygiene products in drains or toilets (plumbing damage will be billed)

✔ Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles — no street parking, no boat or trailer parking
✔ No onsite fish cleaning ($200 fee if violated)
✔ Ring doorbell and exterior cameras at front of home with audio/video capabilities — no cameras in backyard
